Approach: My first task as the Graphic Design Committee Chair for Seattle University Dance Marathon (SUDM) was to overhaul its brand identity in accordance with their parent brand, Miracle Network Dance Marathon.
Process: The frame logo shape itself was handed down to me and the only requirement was to incorporate it. With these restraints, I focused on the typeface selection, colors, and photographic style, all composed in a presentable format for future SUDM.
Outcome: The SUDM Style Guide was promoted by Miracle Network Dance Marathon in regional newsletters as a model template for other Dance Marathon’s to apply to their brand.
